A West Loop tasting menu restaurant specializing in modern Korean cuisine earned a coveted one-star rating just eight months after opening. The chef's 12-course menu at $185 per person has been consistently sold out.

The guide also recognized five new Bib Gourmand restaurants in neighborhoods including Pilsen, Bridgeport, and Albany Park, highlighting Chicago's diverse and expanding culinary landscape.
